    Terms and Conditions

    By registering for this event, participants agree to and acknowledge the following:

    1. Registration will only be complete upon receipt of the event fee. Payment information will be provided once this registration form has been submitted.

    2. Cancellation & Refund Policy - Given that venue booking and payment needs to occur in advance, no refunds or transfer of fees can be done in the case of participants cancelling their attendance due to personal reasons or circumstances. You are welcome to gift or transfer your place to a friend or loved one. Just kindly let us know in advance. Should the event be cancelled by the facilitators, all participants will be refunded in full or given the option to transfer their fees paid to an alternative workshop or date.

    3. Safety & Inclusivity - As facilitators, we aim to host events that are welcoming and safe for all individuals. No disruptive or prejudiced behaviour, bullying, shaming or aggression towards fellow participants or the facilitators will be tolerated. Participants making themselves guilty of this will be kindly but firmly required to leave the space.

    4. Confidentiality - Participants are requested to treat fellow participants’ information with respect and not to disclose any personal information shared by others during the course of the session with anyone outside of the group.

    5. Event Photography - The facilitators may on occasion take photographs during the event to be used for innerdance related marketing material and on the RewildedBeing.com website. Use of such photography is always done in a manner intended to protect participants' anonymity in so far as is reasonable and possible. Please let us know in writing should you wish us not to use photographs in which you may appear.
