This workshop is aimed specifically at those who are “vegan curious”, including meat-eaters, meat reducers, vegetarians, pescatarians, and those very new to veganism. It offers a one-stop introduction to veganism, as well as the opportunity to ask those questions you may have been wondering about. A basic Vegan 101.

This particular workshop explores veganism, vegans and being vegan through the lens of Psychology. While based in psychology theory and research, the goal is to practically assist vegans in obtaining intra- and inter-personal well-being. This workshop is aimed at those who are already living a vegan lifestyle.
